Stayed here for 10 days in a 3-BR apartment and could not fault the place. By far the cheapest accommodation option on the Gold Coast for such a room and the resort itself is just perfect. the staff are super attentive and responsive to any issues, we had an issue with our fridge and Nelson had it repaired in 1n 15mins. The pools are spacious and superb, free BBQs dotted along the pool line. Pool hrs are very reasonable 9.30pm however if you're not disturbing anyone it's not an issue to have a late dip. We've stayed here before and will definitely return here again. Thank you everyone, Matt Michelle & Family
Beach access, two large swimming pools one mildly heated. Negatives were the carpet in the staircase was in poor condition. Must be able to climb stairs for anything other than ground level - no lift. Staff were very accommodating.nWe would be back. It was nice to be away from the busy Surfers Paradise.
We have been visiting Grande Florida Resort for many years, and it continues to be one of our favourite getaways. The resort boasts an impressive array of amenities, including pristine pools surrounded by lush gardens that create a tranquil atmosphere. The service has always exceeded our expectations, particularly from Nelson, whose friendly demeanour adds a personal touch to our experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a laid-back holiday on the beautiful Gold Coast. During our latest visit, we had the pleasure of staying in Unit 27, which has been thoughtfully renovated. It features a spacious balcony that offers stunning views of the pool area, making it the perfect spot to relax and soak in the ambience.
Great location. The outdoor area is beautiful with well kept grounds and gorgeous gardens and pools. Direct access to the beach is an added bonus offering security and convenience.nGreat size apartments with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday.
We stayed 3 nights this past weekend. The staff were very kind! However, the room was dirty. There were dead flies on beds, the biggest toenail cut off we have ever seen i have a photo if wanted sitting on the floor in one of the rooms, bathrooms dirty, dishwasher didnt work. We booked through booking.com and it advised in tiny print that there were minor building works happening, so there may be some minor inconveniences - our balcony was completely unusable due to scaffolding being placed on it, you could not fit out there to sit, and it was a death playground for our 2.5yr old who could and wanted to climb on it. Really dissapointing stay. Would not stay here again.
