Call them Direct, The Assistant Manager ( cannot remember his name) was fantastic when we stayed in Jan 2017. Could not have been more helpful. All staff very friendly. Its not a 2018 building if you want that stay at a 5 star and pay 5 x the price. 2 pools and entry to beach...beautiful well kept Resort style gardens.

Best family holiday! Staff were helpful and friendly, accomodation was clean and cosy. The pools are amazing and heaps of fun we just loved it we had no kids with us but it would definetly be somewhere id come again and bring the whole family. Good location and even though we stayed in peak season it didnt seem over crowded. I would recommend staying here anytime!

Management do not respect room privacy. Disgraceful incident and they dismissed it. It really offended me. I suggest there are other beter places next time in qld. Pro- great pools and bbq facilities... close to beach... good parking. Neg- ants in rooms, mold in shower, poor cleaning, lack of respect to customer. Wi-Fi is not free despite what is advertised. Worst place i have stayed at... not happy.

I loved the facilities there and the heated pool was large and spacious but the only problem I had was the rooms. The bed had sand all over it, the shower was floor was dirty and head was rusty but warm water was very much useful. Great place overall. Traffic really bad at 3-6pm by the way
