Reception service was good but unfortunately but my experience with the “doctor” Manju Salari was not the best as she was so rude at me. She didn’t answer my questions with kindness making me feel an ignorant. She seemed feel annoyed. I will make my complaint to the health complaints commissioner as well because I can’t believe there are “healthcare professionals” who lack compassion and respect for patients .

I wish give them -5 star. They are among the worst clinic I have visited. Now, they changed their system, so they don't accept the insurance card, but they ask you to pay yourself, rether than. The worst thing is that they forced me to give them all my bank card information when I booked my phone appointment even the 3 digits in the back, otherwise the appointment will be canceled, and I needed this appointment badly and far from their place to go and pay myself and when I asked them to send a link to pay via it by myself they said we do not provide this service.

Unfortunately I have to join other reviews here as my experience with Dr Manju was far from perfect. She was quite short with me, as well as kept implying that I was wasting her time. She would also refuse an important test without a reasonable explanation. I ended up going with another GP who not only was happy for me to do the test but also gave a lot of information on what to do next as well as costs involved and how I can save a bit.

We had Dr Manju Salaria in the final days of Myclinic QV and she was the rudest doctor I’ve ever known. So we moved to Myclinic Bourke Street and to our my wife and I horror Dr Salaria was there. Since that time there have been countless reviews with a similar experience. She is single-handedly destroying the reputation of Myclinic Bourke Street. We still go there because Dr Harold Kwiatek has been fine. Avoid Dr Salaria Manju at all costs - you have been warned!

I've only seen Dr Harold Kwiatek. He's a little awkward and seems pushed for time, but he is to-the-point and has diagnosed accurately in the couple of years I've been seeing him. For example, he has twice erred on the side of getting the x-ray done, even though he had correctly diagnosed there was no broken bone. I once shared with him an article from a medical journal on a novel treatment and he was willing to consider it, and took the time to read it. At my next appointment, he was able to explain clearly, in his hasty way, why it wouldn't be appropriate. I appreciated that effort from someone who is obviously time-poor.

I personally haven’t had any issues with the reception staff, payment processing or the quality of care received both during face-to-face and telehealth appointments.  Highly recommend Dr Kwiatek.  He is extremely knowledgeable and has a great sense of humour too

Had been with this clinic for years and generally did not have many issues. Dr. Maeve O'Donnell was fantastic during a really trying time for me health wise. After she left, every other appointment I've had here has been awful.  Dr Manju is easily one of the rudest doctors I've ever had. Insincere, vilifying and lacks any empathy. I've never felt so small in an appointment before. Especially considering one of my appointments was regarding a mental health plan.  Also I'm still waiting for my pathology results from six months ago. I've since moved clinics and won't be coming back. Bulk billing practices don't give you the right to be unprofessional. Please do better especially when hiring new staff.

Totally get why they got such bad reviews now with my own experience at this clinic with the doctor. I won’t name who that person is but generally I had horrible and unprofessional services by the doctor who did not specify why I needed to go to the emergency department, and then one receptionist who hung up on me saying they would fix the problem but did not. It’s just one simple task to fix the referral letter. There were nice receptionists there but overall? Bad experience. Don’t think I’ll be back.

Just adding a constructive feedback for Dr.Manju Salaria as my entire family had a similar experience where she is very impatient and rude. As a doctor she needs to be patient and clear with her communication specially with elderly otherwise it breaks the whole process. We want doctors with multilingual capability but other soft should are necessary too. We hope Dr Manju take this feedback positively and improve her communication and my parents can resume their visit again.

Female receptionist is getting paid to neglect her job.  She told me to take a seat while she’d ascertain whether or not the on-site pathologist was available. A while later, I’m still waiting and from a distance, I see her switch shifts with two reception staff, exchange words I couldn’t hear and she leaves. A bit later, I see a new visitor come in and requests to see the pathologist. To my surprise, the pair of receptionists tell her to press the button at the front to alert the pathologist, who immediately opens the closed door right next to the reception area.  Turns out the pathologist was available the entire time I was waiting. The female receptionist I met at the start didn’t tell me of the button pressing system. She didn’t bother communicating to the new pair I was waiting for the pathologist. Is a receptionist job NOT to communicate between doctor and patient? It wasn’t even busy 4-6 people waiting in the seating area including myself at the time. Absolutely useless.
