I signed up to Ten Minutes end of April to get in shape for my vacation this summer. The trainers are all friendly and personable and try their best to help you reach your goal.I made sure I did the EMS training as well as the Nutritional consultation. We discussed all what I wanted out of the training plan and put something together. Nutritional consultation, EMS cardio and slimyonik really worked for me. I lost 12kg so far and over 45cm on my entire body. Never had results like that even though I slipped and messed up a few times. The fact that your appointments are fixed keeps you on track but sometimes when something comes up last minute it does make it hard. They always try to accommodate everyone and my experience has been great. I already reached my initial goal but am planning to get into the best shape of my life. Thanks Ten Minutes Team!
Ten minutes made me realize how I just need twenty minutes from my busy schedule to stay fit! It’s not always about loosing weight but most importantly staying fit through out. The trainers are professional and exercise is adjusted to your needs. I got the effective results in few months, but of course one have to follow a good nutrition to stay healthy! Highly recommended!!

Alle sind immer freundlich, gut gelaunt und motivierend. Die Stimmung unter den Angestellten dort wirkt sehr entspannt und harmonisch.
