We went here because the Robina Bounce closed down to merge with Burleigh Waters. It's a great complex and very large but unfortunately we got very little bounce time. The reason being that the place was packed SO full that there was a lot of time spent lining up to enter different sections, and then time spent waiting to actually use the trampolines once we were allowed in. It made us really miss the old Robina Bounce where we were able to freely move between sections and actually find a free trampoline to jump on relatively quickly. If there were tighter restrictions on the amount of people allowed in for each session, it might have been a different story. The reality was that there were way more people in the bouncing area than there were trampolines available so it was very much a 50% waiting, 50% bouncing situation. So basically, way too overcrowded and very pricey considering you're paying to stand and wait for 50% of the time. We won't be returning to Burleigh Waters.

I took students from my dance studio to BOUNCE Gold Coast today and I would like to make special mention of one of your employees, Lucas. He was refereeing the dodgeball; very enthusiastic, patient and fantastic with the children. A true asset. We'll definitely be back!

I bring the boys I look after here once a week to participate in the Classes they hold. The boys love it and I love the hot chocolate. A great place to drop off the kids for an hour or two while you have a coffee and read a book or get some work done. The staff are super friendly, work well together and keep the place safe and in top quality.

Great staff, best quality at bounce, all the people are so alive and act like lively people. There was this one dude, Byron he was so helpful, cool and really good at a tramp.

Staff are awesome and their training in customer service is fantastic- credit to the company. Great coffee and facilities. Will be back for sure
