Party : My son enjoyed every minute! Van was the host, and he was really great with the kids! We really appreciated the help from Cody, Ana, and Kyra! Disappointing ExperiencennWe recently booked a party at Bounce Burleigh Heads for our daughter’s birthday, with full catering. Unfortunately, the experience was an absolute disaster, and I feel obligated to warn others about this venue.nnCatering IssuesnnFrom the outset, we explicitly informed the venue that some of our guests could not eat pork. Despite this, every single meal served contained pork. This was not only frustrating but completely inconsiderate. It took over 40 minutes for the staff to rectify the issue and provide alternative meals. By then, the damage was done, and our guests were left uncomfortable and hungry.nnUnbearable ConditionsnnTo make matters worse, the air conditioning in our party room was not functioning. We were not informed of this prior to the event. The room quickly became unbearably hot, making it difficult for anyone to enjoy themselves. The lack of transparency about the situation was extremely disappointing.nnChaotic and Unprofessional ServicennThe staff seemed completely unprepared to handle the event. There was visible chaos, with employees running around aimlessly, unsure of how to address the problems. This lack of organization only added to the stress and disappointment of the day.nnLack of CleanlinessnnOn top of everything else, the cleanliness of the venue left much to be desired. The party areas were disgustingly dirty, with sticky surfaces and floors that appeared uncleaned from previous events. It was not the environment anyone would expect, especially for a party.nnLack of AccountabilitynnWhen we requested to speak with a manager to file a complaint, we were told that they were too busy to meet with us. This dismissive attitude was the final blow, showing a complete lack of care or responsibility for the issues we faced.nnOverall ImpressionnnAt $40 per head, the service, environment, and experience were absolutely not worth it. Our daughter’s birthday was ruined, and the day was a huge disappointment for all involved. I strongly urge others to avoid booking any event at Bounce Burleigh Heads. It was a terrible experience from start to finish, and I wouldn’t recommend this venue to anyone.
Had an amazing time at Bounce Burleigh for my daughter’s birthday! The team was awesome with the kids, the food was really good, and being able to choose everything online made it so much easier. They made the day super special. Highly recommend!
Not bad but not great. The mini bounce area smells like urine in the play gym. If you don’t pay $26 as an adult on top of the $17 for the toddler,nforgot about being able to supervise toddlers on the trampoline in the under 110cm section. I think that’s a bit steep that parents/carers can’t even help a toddler stand up when they fall.nIt’s a very popular destination but omg smells like so much urine everytime you walk past the bathrooms. It’s very dirty and very busy. Surely for what they are charging in the holiday period they could pay proper cleaners to maintain their toilet blocks and other areas. The place smells.nStaff are all very young although didn’t have a problem with any of them.nI won’t be rushing back.
Riley our party host was EXCEPTIONAL. He went above and beyond and nothing was ever too much trouble. He knew exactly what was going on at all times and was so helpful. Our party experience at Bounce was a pleasure. We will be back in future for more parties I’m sure and for a casual bounce too
