Probably the greatest store ever. Went to exchange my headphone and they trade it with new one. No hassle. Staffs were really friendly too. Would give it 10 stars if possible.

From day one of purchasing BOSE sound touch speaker, I have had issues.  Music does not constantly play.  Music turns on and off.  Not a great way to listen to music. Actually it is very annoying.  I spent $600 on a speaker that cannot play music.  I have made many attempts to contact support but they have been on hold for over an hour and not once have BOSE support tried to help me solve the problem. While I am on the hold for an hour, the BOSE phone hangs up. Do not buy their product. It does not work!

Just picked up a soundbar and subwoofer.   Awesome   could not be happier.  have an old sound dock 10 still goes like a ripper!

BRILLIANT SERVICE
I've bought a few things here over the past couple of years and what I really like is their very honest advice on products. At times they have told me that another brand or technology (that they dont stock) is a better options.
Its not often that sales staff have this kind of culture so they fully deserve the five stars!
They do have a good range of Bose sound systems and headphones.
They are competitvely priced with Bose propducts from Myer (in the same shopping complex) and can provide much better technical advice about Bose products than "generic" retailers selling Bose products.
