My mum's card was duplicated by criminals syndicate and BOQ denied all responsibilities and did not refund my mum. They said, it is a police matter. Why advertise as a safe bank to bank with? The amount was over $40, imagine those criminals take $40 from each BOQ's customers and BOQ will not give your money back. Why bank with them? As for me, it happened a few times, but I'm with ANZ. Only a few days later, ANZ got my money back :.
Great service and great staffs. I’ve been with BOQ sunnybank hills more than year. Manager Danny is great to organise, easy to speak anytime and wonderful customer care. All staffs are very kind. Thank you~~~
Visited this branch at 10.05 am 27th of June 2022. Walked in there was a male and female teller. I got the the female teller. I signed up with BOQ over the weekend, a joint account with my partner. It said I had to visit a branch to check my ID as im a new customer. I did just this - this female teller asked me about a reference number. I showed her the email I received and couldn’t locate it. She then continued to ask if im sure I didn’t get a reference number I said ‘no sorry not that I can see’. Annoyed, she continued to say that if I had a reference number it’ll make things easier for her. When she went to photocopy my ID she walked of sighing .. not friendly or welcoming at all. I was excited to be a new BOQ customer and transfer all my banking here. However after todays experience I’ll be banking elsewhere.
I have visit boq sunnybank hills branch regulary and the workers are always nice and very professional and solve issues! Also the workers in this branch are high in there skills but also very trustable! Thank you!!!
Maximum cash you can withdraw from a atm is 1k per day, maximum you can spend on efpos is 3k. What a joke seriously, but you can deposit as much as you like , they don't want you to spend your own money they make if difficult just so they can hang onto it. Like id hate to be a millionaire cause you couldn't buy anything, fees are crazy high, this has to be the worst bank i have ever used facilities are aabsolute disgrace.
