Always understaffed. Minimum wait time is 40 minutes to 1 hour... Don’t bother calling the branch because they won’t pick up. Run by old Asian ladies who just let people cut in line while the rest of us wait patiently. Don’t waste your time. Find another bank, preferably ANZ just down the road.

Stupid branch one teller long line and no aircon great they wanna save money and move to small location and only having one teller to service customer keep up with commonwealth bank. Learn from other bank Suncorp.

Staff  was good but No ideal why Need take very long time for waiting to do something every time

Most of the time only one staff at the tellers count and the queue is very long. First visit to open account,  told to come back the next day. The next day at the booked time, took me an hour and 25 minutes to open an account and make a deposit.

The bank is small compared to the old place inside Sunnybank Plaza so waiting time can be longer. Conversely the staff are polite, courteous, professional and a credit to their industry (no, I'm not getting paid).  Can't fault the service.
