The staff are rude and unfriendly. I've been to the branch twice and both times the tellers were rude. You should work on your customer service skills. The Browns Plains branch have friendlier staff than you rude bozos.

Been with this bank for years i'm on a disability support and struggle to make ends meet sometimes. This bank is nothing more than GREEDY BLOODSUCKING PARASITES PRAYING ON THE VULNERABLE BATTLING PEOPLE, i was a few dollars short of my insurance so they reversed payment and charge me more then what i was short. I am in the process of gaining and totaling the amount they have charged me over the years and will make a public post of it. How do they sleep at night.
