Waited 16 minutes for the teller to organise the deposit of my US cheque. I don't blame BOQ for the fact that the Aust govt taxed me, but the bank itself seemed to have computer problems and the teller acted as if it was funny. I stood the entire time, was TOLD to sign 3 papers, wast TOLD to provide my ID and was not apologised to nor thanked once. Somebody else offered me a glass of water at the end but by then I had been standing for so long, I couldn't speak! I looked around briefly to see if there were any chairs and the only ones I could see were for infants. Great place if you need a creche, but if you are an adult and want to be treated with any element of respect and consideration, go elsewhere!!
