I have worked with the owner managers at Aspley BOQ for a few years now. They have looked after my home lending and the service has been solid. I have also referred clients here and they have been happy with the service provided. It's good to deal with an owner instead of just another 'employed' bank manager.

I have been a customer of BOQ Aspley branch for a number of years now and I have to say that the service and personal touch that all the team at the Aspley branch is absolutely brilliant.  There have been many negative comments made about many of the big banks but Daryl Herman the manager at this branch goes out of his way to make sure that all your banking needs are met to the highest standard.  All the team at this branch are friendly and always happy to help with enquires.  The personal touch at this branch is what makes it stand out from the rest.

The website for The Bank Of Qld at Aspley states they are open until 4.30, however when my mother arrived at 4.03 this afternoon, Monday 17/8/15 she found that they were closed and that the sign on the door says 4.00. So I would not rate this as one of the better branches. I use the Paddington branch and have no problems whatsoever before this. it seems to me that Aspley branch they have no priority to keep their website up to date, and given that the web is where most customers find information like this and about the branch itself, in this day and age I find it unacceptable.
