Extremely disappointed about customer service at this particular store! Bad shopping experience. I am simply just asking for the staff’s name because she is not solving the problem, the store staff said she is not telling me. Well, is that how you are trained to answer questions? Ok, I then asked to talk to your manager, you said you are the store manager. Tran, are you really the store manager??? I would expect the store manager of Bonds to be professional and talk to your customer in a proper manner. This sort of customer service is absolutely under performance. I finally asked how to escalate this issue, you told me to call customer service hotline which the number you do not know. How ridiculous that you are a bonds employee and you don’t even know your customer hotline and policy? Tran, your poor customer service have made a really unhappy customer. The products remain unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, with a purchase receipt and yes with a faded receipt that can still read, but is it my fault that the receipt fade away and can not scan?? Think about upgrading your receipt system then. You have on your poster in store that if your customers are happy, you are happy. Really? Is that the case? I don’t believe so. From a loyal customer of Bonds all these years.
