They made the three of us pay a membership at the entrance and once the money was charged and we were inside they let us know the place was full and we need a booking to be able to eat. So disappointed! Would be nice to be honest about the booking before made people pay for a membership.
Loved the view, didn't love the attitude from the staff. My partner when checking in a Governemnt required process ended up in an argument with staff over how they were speaking to her. A Saturday afternoon lunch off to a terrible start... Plus then I now have to hear about it over and over again!
