BCS Chatswood provided us with excellent Strata Management services. Julie Edwards is the best strata manager I ever had. She maintained our building relatively trouble free and she resolved any issues very efficiently. She is very experienced and professional.

There strata managers are over worked, big portfolios to manage, they like to sound mature and professional but they are not It’s all pushed by people above them and they cannot manage simple by laws They pride themselves as winning strata but they don’t understand duty of care, they hide behind emails, they are very defensive when you try to talk to them on the phone Why defensive, because they protect there jobs because they cannot deliver what there company advertising they stand for Emphasis is on deliver, there is everything written and stop introducing new rules

They left me with water coming into my factory unit for over 7 month and it was not until I got a lawyer they did something about, I have had nothing but trouble with this company and wish they would stop managing the complex. Have rarely ring you back after a complaint. Stay away from this group.
