Reviews

After loyalty of about 18 years, today I found out that they cancelled my policy without calling me. They claim they sent mail but I didn’t receive it. 
What ever happened to a phone call if there was an issue ?

Customer service is disgraceful.
Emailed 3 times to add a dog to policy.  
No response in a week. 
On phone they have no idea either.

Customer service is horrific.  Very sales orientated.  I signed up and on the same call tried to cancel after finding out they don't payout on an invoice, and only pay on a receipt.  I want insurance to cover me in the case I don't have a lump sum of money if my dog is sick - so for me the insurance is a sham as it doesn't work in the same way that say car or house insurance would.   It has taken three attempts over a month to try to cancel.  I am still waiting on my reimbursement and direct debits to cease.  I give 1 star because the most recent sales consultant (Sky) actually seemed genuine and like she knew what she was doing.  That's a 1 in 4 strike rate for competent staff.
