Terminated with URM in November 2015. Conveyed notice of termination via a written letter faxed, mailed and emailed to them. Also spoke to my local representative to confirm termination. They have continued to send invoices to my accounts department. I informed them about this a month ago and they said they would cancel all invoices sent to me after November 2015 and ensure that no more would be sent, but invoices have continued to arrive at my business. I am happy to revise my review if this is corrected.

This message is to the driver of URM443. You need to understand the rules and regulation of the loading bay zone. Don't try to educate me if yourself doing the wrong thing. Parking in the loading zone for 15 - 30 mins everyday and not dropping or picking up goods. So do you think you are not breaking the law? You are idiot. Next time use your intelligence to speak to me. Being rude and moron doesn't make you better person. You looked more like an idiot. Be professional.

I wanted to post a review about the conduct of this company only to find others have complained about the same thing. Their trucks park in kiss and drop zones and drive to fast around school zones. I tried to do the right thing and raise my concerns and got transfered all over the building. This company is a joke and the sad thing is it will take a death before they take this seriously.

Have been pretty satisfied dealing with these guys UNTIL I had to cancel my service with them due to some unfortunate circumstances. Response from their sales team was appalling considering how long I've been with them. Sign up to them at your own risk.

I only gave them one star because there were no negative ones !!! I have contacted this company about their trucks parking in kiss and drop zones and speeding in school zones. You can never identify the trucks as the number plates always seems to be splashed with mud, now there ia a surprise. It is going to take a child being killed before this company takes notice. The ironic bit is our garbage tender is up and I get to make the recommendations.
