My mother was in Western Gardens for 4 years and has just passed away.nThe staff at Western Gardens are SO amazing and treat residents with respect and dignity.nThe staff go above and beyond the call of duty.nNo complaining just heads down and full steam looking after the residents.nSome of the stand out staff are Luxe, Natalie, Janetta, Haycey, Virginia, Mark, Lia and George.nThe manager Varinder is so so supportive, Caring and a manager that listens to all feedback and actions if required.nSince Varinder has taken over Western Gardens has got so much better.nI HIGHLY recommend Western Gardens to anyone looking to have there loved ones looked after.
My Dad is currently in here, this is the second time we have come here, first for respite and now permanently. I highly recommend this facility. All staff are so caring and attentive from nurses to management to floor staff. They aren't short-staffed, if they are it doesn't affect the level of care which is a plus for us. Special mention of Helen and Theresa the coordinators who were very supportive and helpful and really streamlined the whole process of moving my Dad over, thank you so much! Nurses and staff communication is excellent, the moment an incident occurs or a specialist is ordered for my Dad they immediately update us. Highly recommend this facility for your loved one. Clean and cosy feel, meals are good and on a set routine. Thank you Bluecross Western Gardens, you made this whole process a positive one for our family and for looking after a very important member of our family, my Dad with dignity and respect at their most vulnerable time in life.

I feel very confident that my mum is being taken care of.the Staff are wonderful, the place is verynClean,food is great. I don’t need to worry about my mum because l know she is in good hands. My mum is still settling in as it’s only been a week,but every time l visit she is clean and dressed beautifully.
Staff is incredibly rude, ignorant, malevolent and they do not care about the residents in need. Had a family member pass away after complete ignorance from an employee who failed to assist him when needed. Do yourselves a favour and send family members to better aged care facilities, this is the wrong place. Absolutely Pathetic. - KW
