I would like to highlight Damian Hutchesson’s  care, support & professionalism whilst my brother & I were looking for an aged care facility for our mum. He went above and beyond to answer our every question and assisted us so compassionately in the very difficult decisions we had to make for our beautiful mum. Damian supported not only my brother & myself, but also our mum, in making the transition to aged care as seamless as possible. Arcare Hillside is a fantastic facility- the staff, care, activities & food is wonderful. Mum is very happy there - which means our family is also happy.

As a family we couldn’t be happier with the care my mother is receiving at Arcare Hillside. From day one every staff member has made my mum feel comfortable and cared for. It has been a long time since I’ve seen my mother looking so healthy and happy. She enjoys the food, the service she receives and the comfort of people popping in to check on her and having a chat.

Excellent Facility & TeamnThe whole process of moving Mother in has been so smooth. Arcare has great systems in place, but more importantly, it’s the people behind those systems who make them work so well.nnThe team has always taken the time to explain things and make sure I feel comfortable, which has been such a relief during what could have been a very overwhelming time.

I'm and entertainer and I perform for the residents on a regular basis. I sing songs and get them to sing along too. The staff are so kind and get the residents involved. I love performing at this facility as the residents are always happy to sing along. The staff put on a disco theme day recently for the residents and I sang lots of disco tunes. The staff went to a great effort to dress up in disco gear and got some of the residents up to dance. Can't wait to perform there again.
