My Mum moved into Arcare Sydenham a couple of months ago. She has advanced Alzheimer's condition and was not doing well prior to the move. The incredible staff of Arcare Sydenham are providing her highly personalised and flexible care backed by extensive training and experience, and it is clear they value great experiences for all residents. They also greatly support my Mum's family through clear communication and sincere empathy and kindness. My Mum is doing so much better. She is interacting and laughing a lot more and her mental and physical health are much improved. We are so grateful to the amazing staff at Arcare Sydenham. Best wishes. Vanessa.
My mother Nancy was a resident at Arcare Sydenham Chelsea ward for 11 weeks . In the time she spend there we could not fault the staff at all. Mum and our family and visiting friends we always treated with Kindness and Compassion. We were always kept up to date on mums condition and she was taken care of to a very high standard.nMum passed away there recently the staff there took care of all aspects of care for both mum and our family . They made sure she was comfortable in her last days. We cannot thank Arcare enough for all they have done . Keep up the great care.
My mother has been a resident at Sydenham for about 3 months. The staff are very friendly and take care excellent of her needs. Mum has settled in very well. The food is great and the facilities are excellent.nThank you for caring for her so well.
My dad was in Arcare Sydenham dementia ward 3 years ago and was cared for extremely well by staff. Our concerns were always taken seriously and met by staff.nThis year Mum is a resident there although in a different area. The staff that attend to mums needs are amazing, very helpful and caring and always bring a smile to mums face.nThe Centre is very clean and welcoming.nI've found all staff at Arcare from management, careers ,laundry ,café, & maintenance are friendly and have always assisted us promptly when needed.nnThank you Arcare for taking care of my parents, I am truly grateful.nJosie.
My mother entered Arcare Sensitive Care ward with Dementia and I am very happy with the care given by the staff. They keep me well updated on everything that happens.nI love the venue , it is beautifully clean and comfortable and the staff are all caring and friendly.
