Thank you for the great spread before us so let’s tuck in before it gets cold.nBeen some really big changes in the home over the year, with resignations of long serving staff, new moms coming back on board hiring of RNs and cares who will need time to fine their feet, and I’ve found it a pleasure talking with them.nThere’s one person that the committee would love to thank, for her 4outstanding service organising all tasks with care and love for all residents, sit and listen to any questions or problems residents may have and answer with empathy and humanity. My mum has recently moved into Mulgrave Rise Care, it feels very homely. Mum is always smiling and telling us of her daily activities, the yummy meals, actively walking around, chatting to her neighbours and reading a book outside in the courtyard gardens. The staff are very approachable, caring and diligent. My mum feels safe and well cared for.
I've just admitted my mother and father-in law and the staff at Mulgrave rise have been nothing short of exceptional. Robert and Elise are always accommodating and ready to go out of their way to help.This aged care facility is fantastic and deserves all the accolades it gets.nJoe and Jenny Rausa
First thing I'd say is change your review platform FROM Google. I asked for my mobile number AND fingerprint. All for a review.nMulgrave Rise, wonderful accommodation for our Mum in Respite and we hope permanent care. Management, staff and nurses are very warm & welcoming and genuinely care for the well-being of their residents. Lovely homey clean safe inviting facility.
