I have been in the village for coming up two years. I moved in with my husband who has since passed away. I am so pleased that we made the move together but most pleased with how the villagers have accepted me since his death.  I could not imagine living anywhere else now, the friendliness of the village is far superior to living in a suburban street. It is up to you whether you join in, but mad if you don't.
