Recently had the pleasure of working with Krystal and Aleks. While I ultimately didn't take the job on offer, I was impressed with their professionalism and communication. Even while things were quiet they took the time out to keep me updated on their progress, and took the time to listen to what I was looking for. I hope one day I can give them a call if I need work again.
The most professional and courteous consultant and team leader I’ve considered myself lucky to deal with. Bianca B. & Krystle E. went out their ways to find me ongoing shift at IFF within weeks and were very sympathetic with my situation. Being a mid level professional from overseas with only a few years of experience working blue collar jobs, they still manage to put me in a multi national company which I happen to enjoy working in. Some recruiting agencies would throw you anywhere just to make numbers on their books without regards of individual circumstance/background.
Thanks to Randstad, they have responded on time and recruited me into one of the organised pharmaceutical distribution Center, since March I’ve been getting consistent work and I’m happy to continue working with them.
A month ago applied for Pharmaceutical machine operator, had interview with one of Randstad staff members, had heavy lifting and physical test. The guy said, you look good fit for this job role and said will let you know the next process. A week passed, I didn't hear anything back, I called the office, and a lady said He is not in the office, whenever he comes back, he would call you. Still waiting for his call. What an unprofessional staff and they seeking professional skills in their applicants. It is my request to Randstad, please hire professional HRs and those having good soft skills. Thanks.
Maybe I got unlucky being assigned with a sub-par qualified consultant, but the reviews are pretty consistent, they don't lie. And from what I have experienced I would honestly give 0 stars if it was possible. Literally an agency that throws you into any old job, where others have been failing at a faster rate of knots than a speedboat can travel. And then when it comes to being paid, good luck!! Delays, issues. You shouldn't have to chase your pay up, it should a simple process but you're not just working for your dollar, you're working to chase it up. Honestly pretty happy to give them the flick as an employee, but if you are a client looking for an agency, I'm sure there are more beneficial one out there.
Have been employed through Randstad for about 2 years now. Our consultant Fatema and others have been really great and responsive to our queries. I would definitely recommend their services.
Very satisfied working with Randstad since moving to Australia .All the consultant are very professional specially Fatima who is very helpfull,supportive and soft-spoken.Highly recommended as they have plenty of jobs.
