Extremely incompetent people at the helm of the financial services side of things. I have a financial contract with them which defines a fixed amount to be directly debited on a fixed date of every month. Yet they have gone ahead and debited a totally different ( and much higher) figure on a different date ( a month in advance) . They acknowledge it's a mistake but cannot tell me when they will refund the amount as they now need to investigate how the error happened at their end. So while I am out of pocket by a significant amount through no fault of mine, I will have to wait till such time that they can figure out the debacle at their end. And on top of it I realised this error after about a week from when they debited my account only when I happened to go through my bank statement for a totally different reason. Any calls to them to find out the status of the refund are only met with sweet nothings. Would strongly advice people not to use their services as once your bank details are with them you never know what they will do and even if they acknowledge their mistake they will give you the run around before they eventually refund the same......btw I am still waiting to hear on when they will refund mine's.

I payed my loan out early and am entitled on getting a refund of my gap insurance. it's now been over 1 month and they still haven't sent it back. I keep getting the run around. I'm not very confident doing any further finance with them.
