Step out of the sea and into the Bluebiyou – a stunning Papamoa beachfront wedding venue, restaurant and Tauranga function centre.

Bluebiyou is the only restaurant/function venue located directly on the beachfront in the entire Bay of Plenty – we offer a unique dining experience and you will enjoy the uncomplicated, chilled out atmosphere.

Our menu offers a wide range of top quality and fresh produce with an emphasis on seafood – it’s easy, natural and is the epitome of “beachy”.

Family outing for Dinner. Family of 5 plus baby had an early meal. We had a 3 course meal . Lamb, Pasta and Fish plus Dessert. Everything was beautiful. Prices are very reasonable. All had drinks. Good service. Certainly be going back for a meal again.

Very good location with some excellent views. Friendly staff and good food, portions could be a bit bigger though. Certainly recommended.

We were at a wedding recently enjoyed the food and beautiful seaview. However were disappointed that there were no facilities for changing babies nappies. My daughter had to lay her baby on the floor in a corner to change her nappy at one stage and the next time took her and lay her on the grass outside. A restaurant which has receptions should cater for everyone, the baby was only 3 months old. Thankfully the weather was fine.

The venue had amazing views over the beach. Mains were delicious and enjoyed by our table of 5 adults but we were a bit disappointed with the desserts. The Restaurant was very busy and the service was very slow- maybe another staff member would have been a good idea for the busy holiday season. However we will return.

With Canadian and Wgtn friends the service food and venue amazing. Scenery。。。 The Great NZ beach life at its best。
