Probably the worst and most difficult experience I have ever had with an organisation proclaiming to be professionals - under false pretences.  Could not contact Liz for weeks.  I left messages with her virtual secretary service - no answer.  Over 50 phone calls over 5 weeks to try and make contact - no response.  Finally when I got hold of her she offered to either progress my simple certification job within 5 days or give me a refund - foolishly I chose to progress and more of the same crap.  Went to the QBCC and lodged a complaint - no success as poor manners and business ethics are not covered by the QBCC unless you breach legislation you have nothing to work with.
Crap Crap Crap Crap Crap Crap Crap !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Don't go there unless you want to get jerked around and treated poorly.
Issues still not resolved 7 months later !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Liz made the process of adding an addition to our home in Mitchelton very simple and straightforward.  I would certainly use her again.
