Walking trails map used to be free before. Now we have to pay. Customer service is good. They gave virtual reality views (X2) and the necessary info for Blue mountains area. Worth a visit which makes your subsequent visit to the surrounding area worthwhile

Knowledgable and friendly staff, the shop has cute gifts and very nice artworks. Lots of info and maps available. They serve coffee and have cold drinks and some snacks. The virtual reality experience is amazing! It's very cool and fairly realistic.

Very helpful! Really far away if you're walking from the station but it was worth it just to get the map and the local knowledge.
