Helpful staff and lovely environment! We enjoyed lunch on a weekend and overall experience was wonderful. We ordered food through the QR scanner and paid online. It took no longer than 15-20 minutes to get the food to the table. Food was yummy and well presented. Outside view was astonishing. It was a lovely experience and thank you whole team.
Called in for a bite to eat. Nice and easy to get to and plenty of parking. Nice area out on the lawn at the back of the hotel with seating and umbrellas that is pet friendly. Fast table service and cold beer. Only thing was the food was a little cold when it came out, the chips were hot but that's it. No the less the meal was nice and tasty, next time, hotter would be even better. We will be back. Thanks.
Excellent venue. We had a birthday party and it was set up beautifully. We couldn't fault the food or the service. Very happy customers.
Can i start of by saying The young man that greeted us as we walked in was outstanding with his customer service And for dinner i had a classic chicken parmigiana. It was awesome i will endeavour to find out young mans name and let managers know how good he was. Had dinner Wednesday night 21/12/22.
Beautiful surroundings with a backdrop of mountains, food was fabulous, an they have a menu for kids, seniors, and of course a menu for those who like more on there plate. So win win all round
Had lunch here with some workmates. The meals were appetising and well presented. After lunch we went around to check out the new bar area. It has a good cross between modern and old style bar/saloon. Plenty of big screen TV's with sports and a good variety of beers on tap.
Was well set up except they had the numbers wrong and so too many tables. Food was generally good, though 4 people had to send their meals back. The knife provided to cut the cake was so blunt it ruined the cake.
Had a great meal there today. Prices were great. Service, view and atmosphere were all excellent. Was nice to sit outside in the shade on a warm day. 5 stars
Staff who handled the reception we attended were great. Drink ordering for table service was a breeze and so easy. Food was good, steak dish was the best and delightfully cooked. The salmon dish was nice except the rice wasn’t cooked enough and still crunchy. Kind of a weird combo though of coconut rice with tomatoes? Was nice but I wouldn’t order it again. Other than that could not fault the night and experience.
Directed us to the wrong 80th celebration in the venue bit embarrassing, but even though I gave the party person's name, it's an easy and honest mistake to make. Ordered a bottle of wine, but thankfully the barman noticed it was the opened house wine, so swapped it to a new bottle, "clean" glass had lipstick marks around rim. Meals were nice, mine was ensured to be gluten-free, my Dad's specialised pureed diet very well catered for. but husband's and brother-in-law's steaks were tough and brother-in-law's was wrong steak to what was ordered.
