Thank you Katelyn for my first pointe shoe fitting. As an adult beginner I was feeling a bit hesitant but the whole experience was very thorough and informative. I really feel these are my shoes!! Got a few extra items too, overall there is a wide selection of clothes, shoes and accessories for dancers of all ages.

I needed help fitting ballet shoes for beginner classes I'm about to attend. Caleb was very helpful and approached me from the get-go. Looking forward to returning for more ballet wear if I enjoy my class!
My daughter had her first ever pointe shoe fitting at Bloch Southbank today. We were looked after by Lucy, who was absolutely incredible. Lucy was sensitive to the importance of this milestone for a young dancer and was very encouraging. She took great time and care to talk my daughter through the different styles and how her feet should and shouldn’t feel. The whole experience was as lovely as we had hoped. Lucy ensured that my daughter walked away beaming, with the perfect pair of pointe shoes. I couldn’t recommend highly enough. Brilliant service. Thank you Lucy, we are very grateful!

Had wonderful experience at Bloch Southgate. Francesca and Cassidy were both understanding, helpful able to get all my Leotards,tights, leggings that l needed for Ballet , etc . Will be back 100% to get my pointe shoes from Blochs Southgate. Very professional and great customer service. One word “ awesome ‘ customer service and advice ,experience. I’m also a Pilates Instructor great wide range of dance wear and accessories.
We came from Bendigo to this store saturday 20th January 2017. Although we were evacuated from the building for a short while due to a emergency firevdrill. The staff of this shop went out of their way to welcome us into there store. Staff member Lucy served us. She was such a pleasant young lady which went out of here way to help us in everyway. Thankyou Lucy and all staff members thankyou for you aservice today. It was excellent. As i also work in customer service i respect staff members given wonderful customer service.We will be returning to this store. Thankyou Lucy and the rest of the staff you were amazing regards Wendy Guley Bendigo Victoria.
Great service and range of stock
Excellent help from the staff. Very attentive. Good range of dance gear. Will be back here next time I need anything. Easy to get to on the train from Flinders street station. That for you help today.
