The therapist was lovely, although I absolutely cannot believe a professional salon would use Woolworths bought products on your face during a microdermabrasion? The clay mask (essano) you use is $15 from the supermarket!!?? and Aveeno lotion? really???? Im shocked at whoever made the decision to use these products. Basically, I would never recommend your salon for this reason.

I loved my hair and makeup that Amber did for me for my wedding anniversary date night. The makeover really complemented my eye shape, face shape and skin tone. (Almond eyes, round face, caramel skin tone). She made me feel so beautiful. Thank you Amber! She's also such a gem to have a chat too. One last thing..There was another lovely lady there who was able to squeeze me in last minute. I think she may have been the owner.

Don’t even get me started... So to start off with, I paid for a full head of foils & then was told they could give me 40 foils maximum as they claim that is a full head. When I concerningly asked other salons in the area, they stated that 40 foils is more like a half head. The treatment I chose included blow drying and hair straightening. However since my hair is naturally straight I asked if they could do 1 French braid instead (which would take half the time that straightening would). They refused and told me that they charge $60 for braids or $90 if it’s for a wedding 😳. When I politely mentioned I usually get braids done for around $10 - $15 the rude staff member said “They might do it that cheap in Southport, but this is Broadbeach and you can’t get that here” in a rude snarky voice, implying that I lived in Southport and there was something wrong with that ... (I don’t.. but that’s not the point). Also 20 minutes before this they were saying nasty things about Southport and the residents there, so it seemed even more rude to imply that I lived there.. The salon was old, dirty and run down looking. The staff were chatting to each other the whole time I was there & were saying nasty things about other people. There are so many beautiful salons in Broadbeach. Please don’t waste your time or ruin your day going to this one. The service and the staff are absolutely appalling.. 👎🏼

Was very disappointed about the service (wash, hot towel treatment and blow dry) , it seems like if you have a spot in CBD (Meriton building) than you can charge an outrageous amount of money and not meet the standards of the price what so ever. This is why... 1) staff using the phones while serving customers (plus phones aren't silenced) 😡 2)the treatment and conditioner she put only for 30 seconds, how can you treat something in 30 seconds???🤔 3)both the spiky brush and comb she used were DISGUSTING, I could see the dirt residue at the roots of the comb and the brush was COVERED in hair of all colours 😷😷😷 4)unclean place generally, hair from previous customers everywhere, dust ect 😨 5)the whole session took only 30 mins, was rushed and not pleasant and it wasn't busy at all, there were like 5 girls just chatting at the back😵😤 6) the hairdresser that served me wasn't friendly😦 Summary: I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, it's stupidly overpriced, very unclean both place and tools they used, and staff are not pleasant to be around 💩😧😔

I am from Canberra , ACT and I visited Gold Coast in March for my birthday. I was at Bliss salon to cut my hair and for my 3D Russian eyelashes, the results were amazing ! Congratulations girls! Lovely atmosphere, make me feel very welcome🙂. 100 % I recommend Bliss salon and I will comeback soon ! Thanks for your great job, amaizing results and friendly attitude.
