Another stunning shop and the first ever on Gold Coast from Aesop. The staff could not be friendlier and the vibe, look and scent of the store is just perfect. Definitely worth a visit and especially if you have used Aesop products then you know they are second to none – One of the most well crafted brands in the world. Located just opposite the outdoor dining area top floor at Pacific Fair in Broadbeach.

We just had the best experience today at Aesop inside Pacific Fair on the Gold Coast. We were greeted by a wonderful staff member who offered us peppermint tea on arrival and built natural rapport. She was super knowledgable and knew her products well, helping us to select something as a gift without the normal questioning process. We were even offered complimentary sample products before being walked to the door after purchasing. It was an awesome retail experience, and very different from your usual shopping outing.

Great staff. I’m addicted to their products and know as much as a lot of the people that work there, but they were lovely to talk to :)
