EDIT- Food was cooked perfectly without having to ask! Really well cooked actually, nice and golden, crunchy but not burnt perfect amount of salt, not too oily, well priced but portions are slowly getting smaller :( Family have been ordering from here for the past 20 years, it’s always been the go to place .....now under new management-sadly they seem incapable of thoroughly cooking chips, dim sims and potato cakes. Thick sections on the potato cakes were completely raw, dim sims were barely luke warm on the inside (we think that’s what got the girly sick) and soggy under cooked chips. Upon ordering, I requested for my lunch pack to be well done, only to be greeted by something barely considered cooked properly... this is the third time they have failed to cook to my request, upon questioning I was basically told it’s impossible to cook something for an extra 2 -3 minutes till well done. Very unhappy...
