Great paved walk up to the tower. I typically park at the botanical gardens to make the walk a bit longer.

It's had no renovations since the 80's and it's noticable. However, the kids loved the view and a quick trip into the 'museum' is worth the step back in time. $17 for a family to use the lift was reasonable.

Great place to enjoy the view at top of the telecom tower in Canberra 360 degrees around great to see the capital from a different way. You can get fantastic photos around, also when you're in our nation's capital you have to take the time &go for a drive to check out the dam keep your eyes open you might see some little Aussie wildlife.

Another place to go in Canberra if you really have nothing to do as a tourist. Great place for locals to have a hike or run or jog.
