I hired equipment from Black Dog Camera Hire for an interstate wedding shoot. From submitting my order online through to returning the equipment after the shoot Jason and his team supported me all the way by ensuring I had high quality equipment when I needed it.

I bombarded Jason with email messages in the days leading up to the hire asking various questions and his responses were always professional and patient, even after-hours.

Unfortunately I was unable to make my original flight back to Queensland,  preventing me from being able to return the equipment on-time. I notified Jason immediately and he was both understanding and accommodating.

I was initially sceptical about hiring from Black Dog Camera Hire as their prices were considerably lower than those of their competitors but I couldn't have been more wrong. Exceptional customer service and well-maintained equipment doesn't have to cost the earth after all.

Hired a Canon 5D and lens from the team at Black Dog Camera Hire. Found them to be super courteous and very helpful. The equipment they hire out is well maintained and works well. Highly recommended!
