Bivouac is a licensed restaurant in the heart of Northbridge; share Eastern-inspired plates, fine wines & cheeky cocktails.

Story

Open Tuesday - Saturday 12 noon til Late.

Bookings are available for lunchtime and occasional bookings for dinner. "Chef feed me" menu available for $59 pp minimum 4 guests.

Share a meal and a drink with friends after work, pre-show or let us take your palate on a trip; we're open late.

The kitchen dishes out hearty food from handed down recipes born in the Middle East & Mediterranean.

We proudly serve the best darn coffee in the vicinity along with cheeky cocktails and a dynamic yet approachable wine list.

Fantastic dining experience. I went to bivouac in their first week of operation many years ago and am happy to report that a level of flawless personable service and food excellence has continued. The menu has unique touches and there are splendid wines and craft cocktails to match. Bathrooms are shared at the back of the venue and there are limited outdoor seats on Murray Street. I enjoyed the local art on the walls too. Moderately priced so make sure you bring your credit card!

Four of us (family) arrived for what we had intended to be a few snacks and drinks. However the starters they brought were so unexpectedly delicious (the minced goat with pine nuts on hummus especially) that we developed an appetite for more. The more we ordered, the more astonishing it became. A quite unforgettable experience. If it wasn't for the fact Bivouac is over 9000miles from home, it would be a regular haunt. Johnno the manager was a solid gem too. You won't be disappointed!

Honestly one of the best meals I've had in a long time! Bivouac totally hit it out of the park for delicious flavours, quality dishes, value for money, a fab wine list, great vibe and awesome service. Myself and 3 others opted for the Chef's Selection option at $59/pp and I'm pretty sure we were served almost everything on the menu. We ate to our hearts content and washed it all down with a few bottles of Albarino and Malbec. Thanks for an fantastic night Bivouac!

We had a delicious lunch at Bivouac Canteen today. Our local family brought us here for a treat and WOW we just loved it. The food has a Middle Eastern feel to it, we had lamb chops, artichokes, octopus, beans and hummus, eggplant and so much more. Share platters that we all got to enjoy. A total taste sensation. Their wine list was extensive and the service was impeccable. We also enjoyed viewing the work of local artists displayed on the walls. A wonderful experience.

On a whim we decided to do the chef's surprise menu... It was absolutely delicious. Every dish was pretty to look at and complex in flavours and textures. Divine! Probably the best degustation like dinner we have had in Perth.
