Absolutely love the food here. Good serving sizes and value for money. Staff are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. This is one of our regular stops when we're in the city. A lot of the dishes can be spicy, if that's not your thing, the staff are great with offering alternatives or turning down the spiciness on a particular order.  Can't speak highly enough of Old Faithful.

Best Ribs I've had in Perth! Loaded chips, beef cheeks!!!! AWESOME! Heaps of food for the $45 share option (bit of everything). Great service and very reasonable menu prices and great drink options.

Got refused a seat because we didn’t have a reservation at 6pm on a Saturday night. Told “we are chocka block” despite having at least 10 completely empty tables. Went across the road to Varnish on King and although we didn’t have a reservation there, they squeezed us onto a table before a reservation at 8. Had a lovely time and spent $300 that could’ve gone into the hands of your establishment if you were more customer orientated.

Nice staff! But the food is below the level and so full of dressing that you wonder if you are eating meat or something else because it is impossible to taste the meat. Definitely not going back there.

My wife and I booked a table four weeks in advance and requested 'We are celebrating our Wedding Anniversary and would prefer a quiet table if you have one'. Our booking was accepted by Jamie and we were looking forward to our visit. Upon arrival we were told our table would be ready shortly and we had a drink at the bar. We were then placed on a table with four other people and after advising we thought we would have a table for two at the front we were told 'oh we don't do that here. It's shared seating'. The venue was very busy and very loud. When our food was delivered it was a 'drop and run' scenario with no acknowledgement of 'enjoy your food' or anything similar. The food itself was good which is the only reason it scores a two instead of a one. We also had to hail someone down for further drinks and looking at the response they were clearly put out by our request. Plainly put, the service was terrible even after advising we were there for a special occasion and wanted a table for two. Won't be going back and won't recommend this to others.
