The Birdwoods Gallery & Sculpture Garden
The picturesque church hall houses a very different type of gallery featuring New Zealand and African arts and crafts. Birdwoods displays a wide range of traditional and contemporary works in both the gallery and the extensive sculpture garden, licenced café and event venue.
Open 7 days a week 10am to 5pm

Birdwoods is a delight to the eyes and to the taste buds. The garden setting is relaxing with beautiful trees and the most amazing sculptures which are available to purchase. We ate a delicious salad when we visited recently. It is an experience for visitors and locals.

Delightful garden setting with heaps of outdoor space. Ideal spot for young families with good food. Because it can get very busy you may have to be prepared for quite a wait, though.

So beautifully set out, gorgeous array of others, best coffee shop ever, the cakes are definitely Devine!! Loved the old English sweet shop and ice cream parlor. The gardens and sculptures are amazing

What a beautiful place this is. Exqusuite good, lovely customer service and stunning scenery. I would highly recommend this place.

A fascinating place. Good food. Garden ambience. Interesting  sculptures. Old fashioned lolly shop. Home made ice cream.
