I am a chef on a fishing boat so i can comment with a bit of authority. Ordered roughy but they had run out so cooked me a huge fillet of cod instead. Chips were lovely. You must be using nice clean oil. The fish was delicious. Young shaver behind the counter was polite and friendly. Good work team and see you again soon.

Fish and chips were very nice, prices acceptable. Service seemed slow considering not many people waiting. We visited twice during a 4 day visit to the area.

Good food, poor service. Crack a smile once in a while. Very rude, not welcoming at all. I come from customer service myself, and regardless of whether a person looks like theyve just come in from a hard days work, or whether they roll in in a Ferrari, I still treat them with respect. Its a shame, and Im disappointed.

A real down to earth family environment that is quite relaxing to be around, weather you ate travelling on a bike your feet or casual camper van styles.. This kiwi Ana fish n chip take away is an all purpose customer pleasing place that does provide all your services at the top of your fingers. The staff are wonderfully pleasant, hospitable courteous bunch and are funky but fun that helps eases your day in the most suttle way. 'I recommend this as a kiwi, you get what you ask for, type menu, which is hardly found, most shops are foreigned owned, so Big ups for all you kiwi out there!! This is a must try!! Food is beautifully presented'' thanks began and Co, awesome place!!
