Nice place for dinner with friends. Food and drinks (beer and wine) menu was excellent. Service was top notch, friendly servers, and host worked with us to get table for our group when we just showed up on a Saturday night. Will return.

Food and staff were good but it's one of those places that gives you a pen and the receipt to pressure you into leaving a tip. We normally do if service was good but it always seems a bit crude to hand customers pens to write how much they want to tip. Might as well have the staff line up on the way out with their hand out - it'd have the same effect of making customers feel awkward and not want to return.

Quite possibly the best cafe I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Excellent food, beautifully fresh ingredients, well prepared and presented. Staff naturally friendly, handling the Christmas rush with grace and efficiency. Thanks you for the experience, much appreciated!

Very friendly service that understands Coeliac and I was able to build my own breakfast with the usual kiwi flavours. Spacious and clean with a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Consistently good. Whether it is for a breakfast, just a coffee, or dinner, Maina makes delicious food. Service is friendly and considerate, and staff polite. Recommend.
