I made it to the store right before closing time. Despite clearly being exhausted from their day's work, they swiftly fixed my daughter's violin shoulder rest. They even provided us with a spare part without any charge. Their kindness and generosity were truly remarkable. It left a lasting impression on me.
Staff are polite and helpful enough, but they have a very limited selection of guitars and don't carry many common brands. The store is always a mess, and they never answer the phone if you try calling them. Hopefully, someone opens another guitar store in the Redlands, so these guys can learn something about representing themselves. Only go here if you're desperate for accessories. Otherwise, go to Vivace Music at Sunnybank Hills or The Guitar Centre at the Gabba if you want to view a decent range of instruments.
Excellent service, all staff very handy. I've been here many visits at different days. They Always serve custemers with lovely attitude. You will capture A lots of music instruments and music books, and some little accessories for your music studio in Binary shops. If you couldn't find what you after, please have a chat with any staff member. Sales person in charge today is Kyrin - thanks so much for your informative tips and kindness really appreciate. Cheers
I went to this store to get my Bass Guitar repaired and the guys went over and above to identify the issue and resolve it completely. They fixed the guitar immediately and provided awesome advice on other things I raised. Definitely recommend Binary Music to those needing assistance with musical instruments!
Just wanted to recommend the team at Binary Music Store Cleveland . I went in to buy a guitar lead but on getting home realised it was a guitar fault . I took the guitar in and the loose wire was promptly fixed on the spot .. thanks Kyrin Highly recommend this store for its professional and friendly help!!
Last year I had ordered a new keyboard for my son that has the keys glow and you can play a tune to. He was turning 1, just wanted something really special. delayed writing this review because of personal matters The customer service was always really nice, these guys were super chill and easy to talk to. However in saying that and i will also write a review to Yamaha Music Australia they did say things like "its coming, its being shipped, its in the courier i can see it, it will be here in a week" and it just never came. I waited over a month for something that they said would be 2 weeks. I did not want the one off the shelf, they kept offering me that but I've had experience with floor stock in the past not from here and have been mentally scarred from it. In saying that as well the system may have shown porkie pies, and to also be fair they've had to deal with some super annoying politics to get their business back to what it was. Special shout out to Kyrin as he was really empathetic and managed to get even more business out of me! bought a ukulele! I had to come in multiple times, in the end i just asked for a refund because it was just never happening.
What a wonderful service! we bought a keyboard and the help and support in choosing the right one for us was just so nice to experience. And to top it it all up, my husband left his mobile phone in the shop and they contacted me and arranged a place where we could meet close to our home, so we didn't have to drive back! This is customer service far and beyond and the put a sticker on my husbands phone with my number - great idea!!!! small shop, large range, outstanding service and totally competitive prices !
This is my first experience with Binary Music, I would highly recommend this business. The staff were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, great communication & service. Will certainly deal with again for my music needs. I love my new Kanilea Ukulele.
I have had the best experience at Binary Music! The customer service was impeccable and very natural. All the staff are kind and helpful. If your looking for anything to do with music this is the place to go!
