5 stars. I always enjoy buying Big W's affordable circuit brand shoes. Only $15 for men's shoes. It always boggles my mind how folks elsewhere at other competitors or speciality shoe shops pay $100-200 for branded shoes when I'm just happy with cheap and cheerful shoes from Big W. It's been a habit of mine for years now. When they wear out, I just buy a new pair, usually under $30 or less, once again from Big W. After all, all shoes, being worn, are meant to experience wear and tear.nThen, rinse and repeat says me.nAnyways, cheerfully. Hooray. 5 stars.
Very disappointed with my delivery from the company this time around.nnWho ever packed my order did a very bad job at it.nnAs you can see in my attached photo's one of the lid came undone in the box and made a big mess, the other two the seal has been tempered with.nnDon't understand why all three of my coffee jar seals are tempered.nnHope they would give me refunds on all three the damaged goods that came in my delivery.nnVery unsatisfactory with this order, not happy at all.
The friendly staff was by herself at the checkouts last night Selma even tho she was quite busynI asked to be served on a register she was smiling and she served me in between running around to self checkouts she had such a friendly approach and great time management and customer service skills
Big W needs to seriously rethink who they put at self-checkout. The staff are consistently rude, unhelpful, and seem annoyed that customers even ask for assistance. If you’re not going to train them properly or hire people who understand basic manners, then what’s the point of having them there? They spent more time talking than actually assisting & when they do “assist” the lady had to throw in a snide remark.
The staff did not want to help me to print the receipt as I was busy with my kid and did not pay attention about the question if I need the receipt from the self check out. She said i have scanned Woolworths reward so I can get it from the apps, but I told her i was using my mum Woolworths reward and I need to go shopping around. She was very upset and rude.
