Actually a decent store, clean and well-stocked and most of the staff are lovely, but I really didn’t appreciate being chased through the store after leaving the cosmetics section because I’d missed the couple of tiny, fairly high signs ordering me to pay before leaving that section of the store. It may be a broader policy to treat customers like thieves?, but chasing me into the kids book section as I obliviously browsed while listening to a podcast in my AirPods was surely unnecessary. I was more than happy to pay for my two lip balms which I was carrying openly in my hand totalling $14.40.

I always enjoy visiting Big W in Taigum because it has such a wide range of products. Whether I need clothes, toys, or electronics, I know I’ll find what I’m looking for here. The store is well-organized, and it’s easy to navigate, even when it’s busy. The staff are always friendly and happy to help, which makes a big difference. On my last visit, I picked up some great deals, and even though the checkout lines were a bit long, the process moved quickly. Big W has become one of my go-to places for all kinds of shopping!

Don't shop here i was told i could buy items online on their marketplace and return in store if needed so I went to return in store and the absolute a hole of a store manager would rather me shop elsewhere than honour the return as they themselves first said I could do. Total rip off and liers don't trust the manager at this store his not there to help just make it more difficult

On 17/04 I was shopping here and struggling with a back problem. I was clearly in pain and when I asked the self checkout supervisor, I was told they weren’t opening the regular checkouts.nnThat is poor service that I should expect but sadly I forget it exists.

For the love of god, please fix your in store speakers. It's been almost 12 months of underwater, static garble. Makes me not want to enter the store in-store
