Needed to get out of the heat so found the big apple bakery a relief!  Had a huge vegetable pie, had to give some to my husband it was so filling and he doesn’t really like veggies but loved this one!nHe enjoyed his steak, cheese and bacon pie.nQuick service and good prices, lots of drink selections plus also sandwiches, paper rolls and even jelly in a cup! Yum !

Previous visits to this shop were excellent however results today were very disappointing.nHam and salad roll very little hamnTuna and salad roll even less tunanPotato top pie very little to no meat...nWe used to go out of our way to buy from here but will give it a miss from now on.

Stopped in due to recommendations, Pepper Steak was all gravy and no meat. It fell to pieces as I was eating it and had to throw the sloppy mess in the bin.nLast time there for me.

This place has a huge queue out the door so we thought it's gotta be good, and we weren't disappointed! Delicious, fresh, hot and tasty options for your roadtrip bakery needs. Very well priced. Some cold options like sushi and sandwiches, and vego options too. Small seating area inside or even better get take away and head across the road to have a picnic on the lawn.

Stopped for a pastry on the way through town but couldn’t resist a party pie and a loaf of bread. The party pie was delicious and a good size. The Apple Slice was crammed with apples and yummy. The Custard Tart had a gorgeous short pastry and loaded with a wobbly custard. Haven’t had the bread yet but at $3 for a Vienna loaf and judging by the other food, reckon we cant go wrong!
