My wife checked in here with 3 of the grandchildren on the 24th Jan to find very substandard accommodation, a couch covered in vomit and air conditioning that wasnt working on a 40 degree day. If it were that she hadnt just driven all day - she would have kept going and not stayed. Disgusting and a waste of money that will no doubt not be refunded anyway. Avoid at all cost ... Across the road at the Getaway Big 4 was a great experience. Dont confuse the 2 as they are worlds apart in terms of cleanliness and hospitality.

My family and I were severely disappointed with the cabin accomodation. We arrived just after midday to a very warm day of 44.1°C to find that the accomodation we had booked for twelve was very small and quite stuffy. The accomodation wasn't very clean and the air conditioner in both cabins was very poor, albeit non-existent. So ridiculous, in fact, that one of the older members of the family (84 yrs old and susceptible to extreme weather conditions) had to be moved to a friend's house in the area as the conditions made her nauseous and brought her close to collapse. When we tried to contact the management, no-one picked up. We tried the emergency number only to find that the emergency number was unattended and identicle to the office number. We also required extra bedding which was not provided. For the prices payed, we were absolutely disgusted with what was provided. The experience was atrocious and we won't be likely to use this accomodation in the future. The only reason I have chosen to leave a review is to warn any future holiday goers of the absurd incompetence of this accomodation.

Very helpful with not only sites and facilities but also with help on the town services and information to assist us with our stay.

Plenty of room once we managed to find the driveway. Easily accessible dump site for caravans. We had the use of 3 ensuite style toilet/shower cubicles.

Friendly owerners don't put up with no rubbish check on everybody even when Storms old people for the heat they helpede out big time when no where to go
