We're in a great location, only a short stroll to the Gateway Tavern and the Centro Shopping Centre (7 days) and only 4kms to the centre of town and the Mighty Murray River. There is public transport right outside our door and a Free Tour & Information Booking Office so you'll be able to explore and discover all Mildura has to offer.

With over 400 more hours of sunshine than the Gold Coast, spend time exploring the attractions of Mildura all year round. Enjoy quality dining at award winning restaurants as well as all amenities offered by local golf and bowling clubs.

Take the family on a river cruise down the Murray and through Lock 11. Visit the nearby town of Wentworth where the Darling meets the Murray or take a tour out to Mungo National Park. What ever you're after we're here to help you have a great time.

My Wife & I had the Best Holiday.nWe couldn't speak more highly of The Staff,from Reception Staff,to the Team who service The Cabins.The Reception Staff consisting of Renee,Jo & Jodie were all exceptional.Steve the Maintenance Guy,deserves special mention.nThe All Seasons Park,is in a Great Location,close to all of your necessary amenities.nWe wouldn't hesitate in recommending The All Seasons Holiday Park to Family & Friends.You don't even notice the passing Traffic.They have just updated The BBQ Facilities,in the last couple of Days.
Stayed in our caravan on a powered site. Was very very clean. Nice new amenities. Park is actually quite small so not too much traffic or noise. Splash park was really fun and heated pool was a bit everyday!nWas a tad pricey compared to others but check the website out and book direct as they had lots of deals available!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Location is great close to shops etc. Waterpark was great open with no troubles. Kids area close to cabins and not a traffic zone. Thank you! Recommend.
We stayed at All Seasons Holiday Park prior and post our holiday on the All Seasons Houseboats.nnStaff were so friendly, accommodating, and helpful during our stay. We stayed on a powered slab site which was located close to the amenities block which was newly appointed.nnThe splash park and swimming facilities were fantastic and a massive hit with the kids. They also loved the peddle powered buggies, so much fun. The play area was wonderful and also loved by the kids.nnLocated closer to shops and restaurants and walking distance to The Gateway Mildura. We had a family dinner at the Gateway Mildura and were so impressed with the food, family dining section and the kids play area that was accessible from the kids room. Every hotel/bistro needs a family/play area like this place.nnOur van was safe and secure while we were on the All Seasons Houseboat. Knowing that the van was safe and secure was very comforting.nnThank you All Seasons Holiday Park for what you all do. I recommend to all people to come to Mildura, stay at All Seasons Holiday Park and All Seasons Houseboats for a truely unforgettable holiday.
Great place to stay with a young family. Heaps for the kids to enjoy. Close to all other aspects Mildura has to offer. Worth considering for your first visit or your 100th visit. Clean, tidy, easy access and suitable options for whatever ever budget you have.
