So disappointed, wanted to book an upstairs one bedroom apartment but as none available we were allocated a two bedroom downstairs apartment. Arrived on Tuesday to find that we had been allocated a cabin in the the back blocks surrounded by dirt on one side and a supermarket car park at our front entrance!!!!! Definitely not what we expected. Several phone calls and emails later we were told that as there was not an apartment available they “upgraded “ us to the cabin. Certainly the last upgrade I ever wish to have. Cabin is at the lower level of accomodation as it is like a rabbit warren inside with doors going everywhere, right next to highway do traffic noise at night is loud being a thin walked cabin, blinds in main bedroom not able to block out night light, had the biggest cockroach I have ever seen walk across our bedroom floor last night. Went to advertised heated pool Streeter day only to find they haven’t heated that for several years. Sorry nothing positive about this cabin.
Arrived just after 2pm on Friday to be told no reception after this hour when i found our So Called Luxury Apartment was a Dogs Breakfast. Rang the after hours number and caretaker said try emailnNo emails answered after 4pm and being a long weekend the town was booked outnIf photos of our room were on there website nobody would ever book to stay there and they didnt care say that they were fully booked yet the two cabins across from us nobody entered or left from these all weekendnEntrance into apartment was thru main bedroom straight off a dirt carpark and then we noticed bindieyes were being dragged into the bedroomnThere was a kitchen sink in the kitchen but also one in the lounge lol. Had to send an email as we booked for 5 guests yet arrived to find 6 serves of coffee & tea, we were staying for 3 nights so one nights worth. Main bedroom wall was plaster between us and next unit, not brick so I could hear their whole conversation and then to be woken at 6.15am Saturday and Sunday as they got up and left each morning.nWas told if we wanted to use the front door and not bedroom sliding door to enter apartment, we would have to either park our cars in the Coles supermarket carpark which is directly next to the exit road or walk around to the front door on the opposite side of the carpark.nWhen manager answered email all he offered was a refund on 2 remaining nights no discount no excuse nothingnAnd when i pointed out the apartment looks nothing like photos on their websitenThey replied there is no 3 bedroom apartment photos
Very impressed with this accommodation. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Indoor heated pool was lovely. We also made use of the table tennis table - although I'm glad we brought our own bats because the pieces of wood they supplied probably wouldn't do the job. The roads / large car park was also great for us to be able to go rollerblading around. Kitchen had plenty of useful items and it was great to have access to a washing machine in the room as well. Well located with a shopping centre across the road and supermarket next door. Highly recommended and would gladly stay again if returning to Mildura.
My family and I stayed in the 3 bedroom cabin. Very spacious, modern and clean. We loved it! Shopping centre, Food outlets and supermarket with in 2 min walking distance which was excellent especially with young kids. Only down fall was the WiFi. Codes experied within 24hrs and when connect speed was very very poor. Other then that it was lovely.
Prior to our arrival, we let them know we will be arriving late, so they let me know where to find the key only to find a number. We then called this number and this person only allowed us in after 2 hours. Buy this time it was already 11:30pm even though the full payment was done in advance for 29days accomodation. During our stay we reallised there is no BBQ area, no playground and no recreational room. The WIFI is really bad, then they after all of this charged us $150 for checking out an hour late.
