Thanks Greg and the team at Knox. Have been really helpful with our bikes since we purchased them about two months ago. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a new bike. Very happy to explain things and always very accurate in their assessment/recommendations for the bike.. thanks again guys
The employee who was dealing with us was AMAZING!! He informed us about the bike and responded to our queries excellently! The only issue we found was that they had very low availability/stock compared to bycycle superstore which had so many colours and sizes in stock.
After waiting 30 minutes to talk to Conner while he dealt with a Karen customer, he treated me with such disdain that words cannot express. He literally told me to "throw my frame in the bin". I'm still in shock! At least Karen go what she wanted! Maybe I should be Karen in this shop. I will NOT be going back after such bad treatment. There are other Giant stores that will have better customer service. By the way, the owner Adrian was within earshot!
Always friendly and willing to share their vast knowledge of bikes. From newbie to a keen bike enthusiast the guys at Giant Knox City will point you in the right direction.

Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. They were super keen to help get me the right bike and made pickup really easy. Answered all my questions and I love the new bike. Will definitely go back in the future!
Great shop, great bunch of staff. Really does remind you of times gone by when you would be looked after in such a way that makes you feel special and important. That's not even going in to the workmanship of this place. I know that when i have something fixed, it STAYS FIXED!!!! That can't be said for all in this industry. Keep up the good work!!
I snapped a brake cable on my older Giant Defy road bike. Work very near this business so thought "I'll just take it in, see what they say ... ". Despite the workshop being flat-chat, and no service bays ? being available, one of the guys quickly and expertly swapped my brake cable out on the shop floor. Adjusted my other brake as well. Top service, like the old days. Impressive.
Poor communication and lack of transparency from Martin. Was sold a bike based on mis information and was reassured for 2 months it was 'nearly there'. Upon speaking to a man in the workshop it was found that the bike would not be arriving until Jan 2022. Emails and calls were not returned unless I continued to follow up, a solution was never found and an apology was never received for the constant mis information and lack of transparency. I have asked for my deposit back and will not be going back to Giant Knox for the foreseeable future.
Awesome customer service, very helpful and nice staff.. Huge range of bikes and spare parts to get you out on the trails or out on the road. Would highly recommend to anyone after a new bike or service.
