I would like to pass on my complete thanks to the wonderful staff at better music especially Nick and Jack at the service desk and the young blond headed bass guitarist Kai. Buying a bass was all new to me after 45 years of just strumming a 12 string guitar and singing.nWhile doing a show up in gosford I bought my first Hofner bass, McCartney copy but it ended up with a truss rod fault. It was sent back once and came back still with the same fault after Nick checked it out and the D string buzz drove me nuts.nIt was replaced by the company with a black bass and Nick and the amazing bass player Kai went over it and found some frets that were too high.nNick fixed it all up and Kai today gave it the all clear.nBeing mainly a singer and Strummer for many years and now at the grey haired age of 62 I thank God that the staff doesn't see age. They treated me just like a mate and fellow musician.nI find that so encouraging.nSo thanks to the crew for all your help and understanding. Please pass this onto the lads for me.nCheers DallasnA bass amp maybe next but I am still married.nWe will see.

Fair prices, good communication and trouble-free shipping. Their website offers smooth online shopping experience, with no surprises or friction along the way. Post-purchase support is prompt and efficient. My last order was a Roland T-8 of their Aira Compact series. Two more modules to come as they become available.
Our bassist tried placing an order over $4500 and was ready to pay it via Apple Pay this is shown on the website and placed in their banner as one of the payment options.nnImagine our surprise when the checkout page didn’t have Apple Pay!nnOn writing to them the response we got was “our IT team have confirmed Apple Pay is not functioning at the moment.nAs we are not sure when this will be up and running, would you like to use an alternate payment method?”nnWe politely declined that offer.nnWe check the listing again the next day and guess what- they still have “Apple Pay” as an option on their page.nnTo me, this is really misleading genuine customers who are willing to spend real money only to find the payment methods shown are actually unavailable - a sure way to lose business- ours included.nnAn I.T person who manages their portal could very easily remove the Apple Pay option.nnAt the very least, let the general public know on the website that “our payment methods will not all work.”nnOf course we can always shop elsewhere. That’s a given.
