Thank you Jonathan for all your help with the purchase of my grand piano. I asked Jonathan for his best price on a piano I was looking at purchasing and the price I was offered was simply too difficult to turn down. The purchase of the piano was seamless and so was the interstate delivery. I am very happy with my wonderful new instrument and it gives me so much joy to have an amazing instrument to play. The professionalism I received from Jonathan was flawless, with 0 pressure for a sale unlike some music stores which constantly text and ring. If you are on the hunt for a piano even interstate give this store a bell or a visit.
My 17yo daughter and I had a fantastic experience at Better Music Phillip today.nnShe saved up money to buy herself a guitar and had her heart set on a particular Yamaha model. Matt greeted us and made her feel so welcome, answering her questions in a very friendly manner. He pointed out the best qualities of the particular model she wanted, showed her the variations available to her, and even showed her how she could save a few dollars on pricing.nnOnce she had made her decision, Matt then tested the strings, tuned the guitar, prepared all the bits and bobs, and even asked her if she was familiar with the value-added tuner which she was, but how lovely for him to ask. The whole experience was fast but comprehensive; checkout was fast and my daughter was over the moon.nnWhat I appreciated most about our experience today was the friendliness and empathy we received. We didn't feel talked down to, we didn't feel like a tolerated inconvenience, we didn't feel like just another transaction. We've bought instruments before from other music stores in Canberra but I have to say that our time today at Better Music in Phillip easily trumped the others. We absolutely would return and highly recommend you consider buying your next musical instrument from here. Thanks again for your time, Matt, and all the best to you and your colleagues.
I went in to get my first violin as I want to learn how to play. I’m so sorry, I forgot the ladies name behind the counter but she explained everything so clearly, even played demos on the different violins and helped me pick out a suitable one to begin my journey on.nAmazing customer service and I’ll definitely be back again thank you
Yesterday Nathan or Andrew? I forgot his name helped me buy a 12 string acoustic guitar. He was very helpful, kind and genuine, and I have been very happy with my purchase. Some vendors continue to take your money, then inform you that the product you ordered is no longer available, then they offer you an exchange or a refund.nnJol at Better Music took the trouble to contact the manufacturer directly, made sure that the product would be available though currently out of stock, found out when the next shipment was due, gave me a discounted price to nearly price match a competitor who didn't even have had the item in stock and kept me informed every step of the way.nnIt's no surprise this company has so many great reviews. I'll definitely be back.
