I've been going to Better Music approximately once a week since I was about 5 years old when I first started learning the piano.nnStaff are knowledgeable and friendly - I feel comfortable asking questions and trying out new instruments and gear.nnGood selection in-store and online and great sales too! Have been coming to Better Music for years and they have always been great. Not anymore.nnCame in on a Saturday and was completely ignored by staff. My husband and I were looking to bulk buy drum sticks and other accessories as we travelled 3 hours to come here and wanted to stock up. As there are no prices on the stock we waited for a staff member to approach us for assistance. There were 3 staff members sitting at the drum desk, having a private conversation, and not one of them offered assistance. We even walked around them to get their attention with no luck.nnIt should not be up to the customer to seek out assistance.nnWe ended up going to a competitor in Hume and they were brilliant.nnLess than a week later my mother in law came in to look for something for us and had a similar experience, also in the drum section.nnNeedless to say we will be shopping elsewhere from now on. Such a shame.
I ordered a Schechter c6 plus late on a Friday afternoon so correspondence was understandably lacking until Monday, however, it shipped quicker than their estimated time, arrived 2 states away in flawless condition, ever so slightly out of tune, as to be expected after a journey that far, intonation was bang on.nI was kept up to date with the shipping, arrived promptly, in excellent, ready to use condition. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended
I purchased a Boss RC-5 looper pedal. I'm very happy with it. Communication was good and price was even better than I could get in Melbourne. An excellent company to deal with. Hope let me know when the pedal was to be delivered. So a great shout out to Hope. Thanks. I am happy to purchase from Better Music again.
