Leaving this review to commend Jol’s outstanding service. I bought a Yamaha TAG 3C that turned out to be DOA, and Jol went above and beyond to help me get it fixed or replaced. He coordinated with Yamaha and did everything he could to accommodate my requests, making sure I had a genuinely wonderful customer experience. Grateful for his dedication and care!

Absolutely fantastic service! I purchased a guitar for my daughter’s 8th birthday and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The original guitar I ordered wasn’t in stock, and the team were quick to reach out and let me know there would be a delay. As I needed it urgently, I asked if we could swap to a different guitar — they handled the change immediately and without any fuss.nnI confirmed the swap on Thursday and was blown away when the guitar arrived in Mudgee from the ACT by the very next morning. Talk about going above and beyond!nnThe guitar itself is beautiful and perfect for my daughter — she absolutely loves it. Super impressed with the communication, speed, and overall customer care. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
I just made my first purchase from these guys, a Solar A1.6FBB-29, left handed version it's a blessing and a curse, and I couldn't be happier. The interstate shipping was faster than expected, and the guitar was pretty much bomb proof the way it was packaged, arriving in mint condition.nnSpeaking of the guitar itself, straight out of the box it was in tune, intonation is perfect, no fret buzz, nothing. The body didn't have so much as a blemish or a finger print on it either, this thing was absolutly mint out of the box and ready to go. I don't know if that's the factory, or the guys in the store prepping it for shipping, but regardless, you couldn't ask for an instrument to be in better condition when it arrives at your door.nnThanks guys, I'm one very happy customer.
Jol and Nathan at Better Music are exceptional in their responsiveness. In short, I ordered the wrong product due to AI Chat hallucinations! and they helped me cancel the order and delivery and instead order a much more appropriate product i.e. the Fender Tone Master Pro. Their communication was exceptional. I highly recommend Better Music!
