The staff was very helpful and nice! The room was clean and comfortable Near Sunnybank Plaza. There are many good foods here!
Incredibly rude receptionist. Young woman answering phones hung up on me simply for asking questions related to a reservation.
Very very rude have never been ripped off so much in my life please dont go to this ppace i have lost $122.60 absolutely discussting these people should be ashamed! Couldnt even stay for a night i booked... What a joke!
We've stayed here three times and found the rooms to be clean and comfortable as are the beds. Good for short stays, small shopping centre over the road. This time we had school kids staying so bit rowdy but quiet after 10pm .
Rooms not serviced Saturday and Sunday. Reception closed Saturday and Sunday! No way to run a Hotel Just hope that nothing goes wrong....
