WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE ROOM # 14nnI'm an electric wheelchair user so my review is from that perspective.nnThe room is a good size as is the bathroom, and it was clean. The manager was friendly, and there is a bakery/cafe, takeaway, laundrette, supermarket etc a few minutes walk away.nnThe bathroom however was disappointing. The tiles are incredibly slippery, and there is only one small grab rail in the shower which made it a challenge to use safely. Additionally the portable shower seat was very small & somewhat rickety.nnLastly, guests appear to be able to smoke outside their rooms. Even with the doors & windows closed we found the cigarette smoke seeped in.
Very average experience.The positives are the location and the easy/safety of the car park.The negatives are the poor maintenance of the rooms and the lack of proper lighting in the rooms.There was only one light in the room which was not working properly.Might not consider staying here again,got much better options in warrnambool…
Fantastic accommodation, friendly staff, great facilities, highly recommend
Stayed two niights and the best western Rooms were comfortable and roomy staff were friendly would recommend
