Nice, clean and spacious room and bathroom. All necessary amenities. The bed was big and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff was a delight. Great location, close to everything you need but at the same time around the corner from the main road which reduces a noise. Also it was great to see a Tesla charging station at the motel parking. I don't need it but I like such a future-minded approach.

Settled on the Best Western as our place to stay while doing the Great Ocean Road. Room was a bit dated, but it did have some upgrades including USB port for charging devices and what I assume was a heated mattress (didn't try). Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Overall it was exactly what we expected to get for the price we paid, which is to say we were happy with the place. Aside from the room, check in staff was amazing - very friendly and incredibly helpful with information about the area and the Great Ocean Road in general. Would definitely recommend this place if you're trying to decide where to stay (and there was no vacancy while we were there, so it seems to be popular I guess).

100% for a bed for a night and what you'd expect for a motel but could do better on cleanliness of the room!

Clean motel, good bed, a bit tiny (some would say cosy), and an incredibly nice and kind receptionist. Nice for a few nights on the great ocean road.

Very friendly staff,amazing location Parked the car and walked to the beach, brewhouse,ice creamery and play ground Supermarket very close and only motel with a pool (great for the kids) Bathrooms are being renovated and the apartments are very roomy Definatly worth a stay
