Dealing with Ben and the team was phenomenal!nnLast minute Christmas booking - everything was fully booked - Ben organised our keys and ensured our rooms were ready as we had booked late and it became available. The team could not get ahold of me because we were driving through bad reception , but the team still tried contacting me via call , txt email and iMessage!! Great communication and service. Ben and the team prepared a safe place for my family and I to rest before we carried on with our trip !nnGreat job and great team! 5 star based on the teams communication and service and quick turn around in communication
We have stayed 3 times now, can not fault the service. Very friendly n welcoming. Room are very clean n comfortable. Everything you will need is there, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, kettle, toaster, crockery, fridge, TV, heating n cooling, iron, hairdryer ect.nBed is amazing to sleep in n we had to use the split system as it was freezing in Colac n worked beautifully.nSome my say the decor might be a bit dated n dark but you cannot fault service, cleanness, n comfort. We would highly recommend staying. We will be back again.nOnly suggeston i could say is.....noffer lite mike or soy milk not only full cream. Or ask on check in what the person would like so no wastage. We just zipped up to the local Woolies n grabed a lite long life milk
Great location, in the middle of the town and walking distance from the main road with popular food places. Rooms were clean and tidy and most importantly we had great service.
What a friendliest people running the business there. The lady first greets to us was really kind and friendly, immediately gave us the welcoming feeling. The whole building is a bit dated but they keep the room clean and bed and pillows are very comfortable. The only thing I am not happy is the neighbour next door were partying till late and overhead some big slamming door and shouting. Other than that, is in great location so close to everything in the town.
You’re more paying for the location rather then the amenities or room itself.nIt’s in a great location - however the rooms weren’t the cleanest. Although I am a housekeeper and used to work in motels so I probably have a higher cleanliness expectationnnI’ll start off with the good -nThe man behind the front desk was very nice with great customer service, he answered my messages on booking.com quite fast and was very helpful when my partner had to call the motel beforehand as we almost had to cancel our trip last-minute.nTwo extra chairs located outside on the patio for if you’re bringing friends back to your room.nPowerpoints on each side of the bed.nAir conditioning & spare blanket was a huge plus as it got quite cold at night and in the mornings.nLove that the motel book had recommendations for activities - it also included the wifi password which was good.nThe small lights above the headboard were very useful!nSo much storage in the bathroom drawers, they were very deep and could hold plenty.nnNow for the negatives -nPatio is not private - everyone’s patios connect to each others.nNot a lot of storage space in the room itself - all the drawers were quite shallow and couldn’t fit much in.nWindows did have blinds which is great but no curtains, had to close all the blinds and turn the light on everytime I got changed.nWindows did not have latches, the windows do not lock so you’re only really being protected by the fly screen. However the sliding door to patio does locknFridge was very small and couldn’t fit much.nCould only use microwave by using one specific button which only let you put the time up to 2 minutes.nThe soap was a very gross consistency to me but also for more context I do have sensory issues - the towels were also not nice at all, they felt very starchy and scratchy.nnI most likely will not be staying here again until they have curtains, storage space, nicer soap, nicer towels & a bigger fridge
